How do u get get your triceps bigger without buying any thing as press ups dont !

Bench dips; do them slowly, use the full range of movement.

The man's right - bench dips. Or use a chair - put your hands on the front edge of the seat, stick your legs out, and dip that way.

For myself, i do push-ups and dumbbell workouts. However, your arms will get really big. The dumbbell work outs will increase your biceps in mass and the push-ups will lift them and increase the size of your triceps.Also, your shoulders will broaden so don't forget to work on your lower body to. You don't want to look like mighty mouse. This is what has increased the size of my bi and tri muscles but different things work for different people. I would also try the dips but mix this workout with others until you get the results you're looking for. If all else fails, then go enroll in a program with a professional body builder or take classes at a college or at the ymca.

touch your index and thumbs together to form a triangle and keep this position while doing a push up. Concentrate on your chest touching your hands and pushing up slowly. Do as many as you can with out losing form!
