im not sure......i dont have the bigget in the world and i dont hav the smallest, i think i am average...the girl thing is more mental than physical.....but she does want to know if you are in her.....i have never had complaints....

Honestly, yes...but not necessarily because "bigger is better". A very large penis is not terribly comfortable to accomodate, and the female spends more time flinching at the discomfort than enjoying the experience. If the man knows how to use what he's got, even if it's a bit on the small size, that's what really matters. PERIOD!
