What can someone do to make there waist/pants size bigger?!

Question: Im a guy and I need to make my waist or pant size bigger. I work out my upper body, and if i work it too much ill look weired bc i will have a nice upper body but a small waist. My waist is small and I wanna know how to widen it?

I think the only way to do that would be to gain muscle or fat in the waist area. If it's dress shirts looking weird that are the problem, I just get tailored shirts so they don't puff out in the back where I tuck them into my pants.

I'm in the same boat man. 30" waist basically sucks, but I suppose it could be worse.
