It could be from either lack of potassium, or lack of water.

Eat something like a banana, or drink some grape juice before practice for potassium.
The grape juice would kill both birds with one stone - potassium and liquids!

I'd advise you to have intercourse with another male. Its the only way!

It's nothing to be concerned about -- little leg pulls like this happen all the time, especially in high activity sports like soccer.

To avoid them (and other pulls) it's best to make sure you're well hydrated (this means WATER, not sports drinks).

Also, make sure to stretch out well before the game. (When I stretch my calves, I put the balls of my feet on the edge of a stair, and let my heels lower till I feel the pull.)

If it's a persistent problem, talk to your trainer or doctor.

Generally its happened , drink more water 30 mins prior to the worm up .It will help you from clotting and dehydration and practise skipping for 5 minutes then you wont get this problem

Muscle pull can be overcome by taking sufficient salts= sodium, pottasium and water not juices.

Well same thing would happen ,when i used to swim. I used to get cramps i.e. muscular pull. Simple remedy take glass full of water or keep with you water bottle , dissolve 2 tbl. spoon of sugar and 2 pinch of salt.

See the difference
Try to take 2 to 3 sip before warm up or mid of the game , when you have break.
