This happens to some thirteen year olds. It means you're body is going through puberty. It will go away in time.
For now, just be careful to not let a shirt rub on it and make it raw and sore. That happened to me - I had to put band-aids over my tips to stop the chafing action. They were sore!

i had that once i went to the doctor about it he said it was jus cause i was growin so much
I had this thing to when I was born it is a natural thing or when you maybe injured your body have recovered it self. Hope this helps m8.
