Doesnt hurt. Keeps your immune system strong, stronger bones, and your hair healthy.
I've also heard that it can help keep your weight steady, but not sure about that.
I take a daily multivitamin. I've read studies that say that there's no evidence that taking this has any positive impact on long term health. My opinion, though, is that it can't hurt. Actually, the same article did mention that taking extra Vitamin D daily does show some benefits such as lowering the risk of certain types of cancer.
