What's a good way to keep your energy up for a short workout?!
Question: I'm trying to fufill my new year's resolution so I have been trying to revive my old 20 minute workout routine.
The problem is I have abolutely no motovation after I finished the first set. I know I'm a bit out of shape but I'm not even feeling the burn yet and I have no energy.
The thing about it is, I'm trying to do this around 9 o clock at night, right after I put my son to bed and before I take a shower. So I can't take some crazy energy booster that's gonna keep me up all night.
Anyone have any advice?

Eat a few more carbs at dinner. Give it time. As you get stronger, it wont be such a hard task & you will feel more energetic. Also think to yourself, if you dont do it, nothing will happen. I do mine late at night before a shower & bed as its the only time I can do it. I do a workout every second night 7 go running or bike riding in between.
