It all depends on the person, and how much you and your partner feel you need to be intimate with one another. Personally at least I think intimacy should take place AT least 4 times a month.
Sex is very healthy for the mind body and spirit everyone should do it.... So come on people get off the computer and start HUMPING!!!
I say a couple times a month at the least. If you can have sex everyday it cant hurt you if your healthy. Its actually good for you. It also wont hurt to go a couple of months without sex, sometimes thats good to clear your head.

At 30 and above, you should be in good health and physically fit and capable of having sex as many times as you can get it. Let your health run down and, give it up fellow, it will do you in.
I know of someone who only had sex once when he turned 30..the person he slept with had AIDs..now he's dead..so in his case once was too many times...This is more critical for a woman..you can tell them that if she doesn't have lots of sex and often..her "thing" will close up and then she will have a problem..at that instant..you offer your help..then you can have sex till your hearts content.

I'd say 4 times a month would be about right, but 2 times might be right if both are very busy with other obligations.
I hit 30 several years ago and still have sex 4 to 5 nights a week. I have a few minor health issues but nothing to keep the sex away.
As much as you want & as much as you can get. just becuase a guy is 30, he isnt dead & shouldnt have to cut back on sex. Frankly, I wont be stopping or reducing when I hit that age mark.

I'm turning 37 this year, and have to say that Ive been having sex every night for a month, a handful of those days, it was twice a day, and I dont have any problems. Actually sex now for me is more fulfilling, I can go longer, have control and satisfy more completely my woman. Sex now is a whole new world for me vs. almost 20 years ago when I was 18. So, keep it up, and enjoy yourself!
