Before you work out you want to eat something small, an apple or something like that. Afterwards you want to pump in the protien. Chicken is a great source, or you can make a protien shake.

water and a sandwich no cheese

fruits and vegtabels because they have good protiens and it gives you energy

After my 3-hour workout I always eat Yong Tau Foo 1 hour after my shower.

Definitely No junk food, no matter how hungry i am.
