Question: its really not evident in my stomoch as much, but how do i lose the weight around my face
or if i lose weight will it go away in face/belly

The most important part to losing weight is eating the right foods....You should try to eat about 6 small meals a day....(a meal includes a sandwich or fruit).
You must cut out fatty things like crisps, fast foods and fizzy drinks (you know the sorts).
Also you should try to maybe run at least for 20 minutes 3 time a week.
Start now and keep it up and you will be amazed by the results.

hmmm ok what you should do is just
-run around the block for like 1 hour or 30 minute
-when you get home do like 100 situps and pushups [to make a six pack lol]
-then get some weights too build muscle
do this like every other day and then after a while do it every day ooh and eat healthy cut out all the junk food and soda for a while and drink alot of water that will make you feel more full so you wont eat as much and its healthy for you
i think for any american its hard, i mean you guys are prety much grown up with mcdonalds on every corner, best thing is stick to a routine, find what suits you, important thing to note is to push yourself but know your limits, if your that unhealthy then running for over at least half hour will not be good, push yourself see how many push ups you do, then try to do one more push-up or whatever with every day, so start easy with like 20 then work up, loosing weight fast is bad for you, also eat a varied diet, look for veg and fruit, oats and grains, diet coke, i think i've seen these really great health food shops springing up in america recently, like health food heaven, google healthy diet to. oh and fish is great for muscle
