Suspect your in the early stages of the whole pubity thing so the production of semen will be limited, thus sometimes it'll produce a little and sometimes not. Once you go through that thing then it'll be forever producing it and you'll wish you could go back.

I dont know you and dont pretend to, but I am guessing that you are young, and this is normal in young men going through puberty, it is nothing to worry about, and you are not doing it too much. Studys have show that the more you masterbate the less chance you have of getting prostate, and testicular cancer.
