idk but men can get breast cancer too, ask your doctor and keep doing self-exams
I'm 16 and I had the same thing happen to me when I was 13 or 14. I got a small lump on my right then a few months later I got one in my right. I thought it was cancer so I went to my doctor and he said that it was normal for teenage boys. They both remained tender for about 2 months but after a while they stopped hurting and now they're actually gone.
But if you feel like you need to see a doctor, then go.
