if that were true, then you'd have a hell of a time trying to get your partner pregnant. no, it can't be true. i base this on absolutely nothing but common sense.

No, sperm can live for up to 24 hours outside of the penis, oxygen will not kill it, nor will anything else short of a spermicide.

It will die eventually but it will take it a while after hitting oxygen before it dies. Say you ejacualte on a woman's stomach and then she puts her hand in it and then fingers herself she could possibly get pregnant if she has ovulated..
