If adequate stimulation if offered (and he is visually aroused) and he can not complete, there may be a medical issues. Have him see his GP and ask specific questions. It got to be tough for you, but tougher form him.

There is a condition sometimes called retarded ejaculation that sounds like what you are describing. It is generally psychological in nature and is often treated by counseling, rather than medical intervention. Google it and you will find a number of articles about this. If you are trying to have kids....get some help, if not, live with it......generally it is far better to have this than premature ejaculation!!!
