Its called edging when you masturbate to just before the point of orgasm and stop. I do it like that too, sometimes for an hour at a time. There is no problem doing it that way.

Yeah, you need to stop screwing with your plumbing, dude. If you are trying to get off, go all the way, don't hold back all the time.
