I would just take a general multi vitamin. Unless you're 100% sure of what you're low on, you can actually do more harm than good by over dosing on one vitamin and/or mineral. From experience, a multi vitamin can give you more energy to exercise, which in turn will release endorphins (the feel good chemical in your brain). Best of luck!
