I have too much anxiety...?

I get nervous easily and i'm often quiet, i don't say much during group conversations, I feel like i'm going to say something stupid. What can I do?

Answers:

Talk to your doctor about your symptoms. I have this problem too and the dr. put me on Paxil. The difference is amazing and I am a completely new person. Good Luck!
