i was prescribed by a neurologist cepram , but my GOD the the side affects are terrible , so i stoped taking it , what do u guys say , should i start zoloft is it better than cepram , when i ask my doc she said no cperam is better , she says its for ur serotonin prolem , or should i start , exercise ... what do u guys suggest , i think exercice is better and a bit beta blocker , for anxiety , and i am taking rivotril for sleep , help me plsssssssssss
