Do psychopaths question their sanity?!

Question:

Do psychopaths question their sanity?

Answers:

The term psychopath is applied to people who show by way of PET scan (Positron Emission Tomography) that a particular area of their brain isn't working. It is not a mental illness as are other mental illnesses but rather due to structural change and damage. Most of them aren't insane, unless they also have a mental illness along with the condition. They can be quite dangerous people and they do not feel remorse or guilt as regular people do (because it is that particular area of the brain which does not function) , although they are clearly aware of the consequences of crime and other unacceptable behaviors. Some of the most famous serial killers in USA history are confirmed psychopaths, however I should point out that not all serial killers have shown to be psychopaths, some were simply mentally ill and not psychopathic, while others had nothing wrong with them but evilness.

On the other hand, there are many psychopaths who have never committed a crime and don't have a criminal mind. If every psychopath committed crimes we would all be in danger... another term, which is misapplied, is sociopath.
