Question:
Cant control my anger plz help?
when i take my dog for a walk, he doesnt piss and wastes my time so i get really pissed and i cant controll it
today a kind of yanked him around with the leash
......... but now i feel so bad
so please tell me what i should think of when im angry like this
(it happens when some1 doesnt do what i want them to)
i just really want to react violently
dont tell me to take meds or see a doctor pleese
what should i think off when im in this situation?

Put some small, broken up dog biscuits in a sealable container in your pocket. When the dog urinates, quickly give it a reward and whistle in a special way, and say "good dog" approvingly, and pet it. Do this every time you take it outside, for 10 times or so, then try that whistle first, and see if it produces the desired result: keep rewarding/approving/petting for a while, then only every second time with food, then every third time, but keep petting and approving. You should be able to get to once in 10 for food rewards, but keep letting the dog know it's doing well. Use this method for other things: the dog will appreciate it.
