I get unnecessarily angry due to stress. I was a cheerful girl.But now I kow I am not. How can I be myself?
I love my kids & family very much. Though I want to be friendly with them , I get irritated and angry unnecessarily. But I am helpless. I know I should change my behaviour , otherwise my kids will get spoiled.Please tell me how can I avoid this stress related chaous so that I can be that cheerful girl once again with all those happiness in life.
