What should I do?
I really just feel unhappy the last few days and I feel like I'm in a rut. What should I do?

Practise one of the relaxation techniques at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 2, read that page, and consider volunteering, even from home. Try something new, maybe something you had thought about previously, but never done, or possibly something like gliding, rallying, hiking/camping, hot air ballooning, scuba diving or kayaking/white water rafting.
