I think I have a disorder but what is it? I cant sleep at ALL until i hear birds chirp!?

I will be up all night usually untill 3 or 4 in the morning (last night 5) and I wont be tired at all! (this started happening last week) all the sudden I will hear one bird chirp and I will be tired and just doze to sleep. This isnt normal i know... but I really would like to know what it is called.... please help me!

You'd do great at my house. I have stupid birds that chirp all night in the pitch dark.. I just don't get it....keeps me up all freaking night.
