Are my exorcises working?

Ok I am been doing these exorcises for 2 months that are suppose to help toy control your mind and body,. They work by activating your chakras, Meridians and various other spiritual parts of eastern medicine.

I have noticed that when I do the exorcises it seems harder for my to have rage, I do get mad and upset but I am still very rational. As a test I just went to my exgirl friends myspace to see what happens. Last time I saw her page I went through 12 hours of very dark deep depression and suicidal thoughts. Now I did it again and I now I feel a bit sad but I am not depressed or pissed like I was last time.

So am I correct in assuming the exorcises are working?

i really recomend these exorcises. the book i got them from is called energy medcine. but if your cheap like me check out a site called EMO free first.

i know it has nothing to do with getting over her. i my general ability to tolerate people goes way up when i do the Exorcises.
