Yes I am aware it is cause by 2 much serotonin between more than 1 antidepressant.

I haven't heard of finger numbness as one of the symptoms of serotonin syndrome. I have a link for you on the common symptoms. I also have a link for you with a list of causes of finger numbness.
I think that the best action to take would be to see your doctor. If there's a medication in question, see the dr that prescribed it.
