I'm always angry, please help?!

I'm always angry, please help?

I need to calm down and control my temper, it's affecting my relationships.


Answers:

Lie down on your back in a quiet place.
Close your eyes.
Hands to your sides.
Body completely flat.
Take deep breaths.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Think of a calm peaceful place that you enjoy being at.
Picture that place in your mind's eye.
At that place, what do you feel, smell, hear?
Remember to take deep breaths.
Remain in this place for about 5 minutes.
Then, slowly come back to where you are and slowly open your eyes.
Slowly move into a sitting position and do some simple stretching.
When you are done drink some water.

Do this everyday, once a day if possible.

It is relaxing and calming.
