Question:
HOW HARD DO YOU HAVE TO shake your head to kill brain cells more then just the usual every day or cause damage
so if u shake ur head like to clear it, not quite bad enough to get whiplash but consistantly does it cause the brain to hit the skull and get damaged? Or am I just paranoid.
I have ocd and shake my head to clear thoughts, I know I shouldnt and I cant help it though its become a part of my obsessive compulsive disorder but dont focus on the ocd.
