im 25 and i am taking lexapro for my depression i was good for a month and now the same thoughts have come back that my heart is going to stop any second and im going to die are this thoughts because of my depression i just want to hear someone say i am not going to die

Sometimes it takes trial and error with antidepressants. Talk with your Dr. and let him know those thoughts are returning. Have him refer you to a psychiatrist, they are better at determining which antidepressant to use. Most General Practitioners just use which one the drug reps. are pushing. Often 2 antidepressants need to be used at the same time. That is something most GPs won't do.
