Hi is anyone there?

Hi,
is there anyone out there who has suffered from depression etc that i could talk to, feeling very low and fearing for my safety as i feel i am getting closer and closer to doing something. I cannot ring anyone.

i dont know if i fear it or just feel its gonna happen soon

i really hope you can make it through this spell cos i've had a few lately and going to see crisis teams etc may help you but they aren't always availble. if you are in serious distress still try going to hospital and telling them how you feel cos they will try they best to help you and just being around other people may help a little cos i know lonlieness is the hardest thing at times like these. if you like please email me and maybe we can help each other cos my depression is still bad but i hope things may be improving for me but it really does seem to take far far far too long especially when you feel as low as you are now but i was they only a couple of months ago and i'm still here so hang on in there and i really hope to hear from you soon.
