The disease / illness part is fake even though you may have some real health care needs, the problems and issues and needs are real and until we wake up and start doing things different they won't change, do you agree? If you see it as abusive then why do you keep allowing them to do the same things to you?
Why let the drug companies or mental health procrastinators overrule you and take your money that you need and then refuse to give you any actual assistance or call you lazy or no good because you won't comply with the unreliable and invalid scientific evidence and research processes they have going?
Let's have a call to action? Tell them you refuse to take the mind altering addicitive psychotropic drugs they force on you because they want you to take them, would you be willing to do that? This is a hypothetical question at this point in time.

You must read all the answers in that link, some of them thought the same thing, then I looked and see that it is in music badly placed so perhaps it is not all about it, but some of the answers are. So you see there is no need to lie about it and anyone that doesn't understand how coercion and force of the courts work to make people take treatments and drugs against their will doesn't really know what they are talking about so don't listen to them. If you trust anyone including me without asking questions for yourself about what is what and what your rights are then you have to be a fool, I am only putting it out so that there can be some critical thinking instead of just all brainwashing that is done here. No offense.
