Ok, heres the solution, and this is a guarantee way to reduce and even eliminate your anxiety.
From Since the beginning of this year, I suffered from severe anxiety, to the point where I only had 2 hours sleep everyday for three weeks, i always had pain over my body, and had a lot of scattered and negative thoughts. I went to private and public doctors, and they prescribed Alprazolam also know as Xanax, and I must tell you, i had severe side effects.....Due to anxiety and no sleep, my pressure went from normal 120/80 to 140/110. So i was prescribed Captopril. I decided to stop all of these after about 4 days......because of the side effects.
Heres what I did to get better:
The first thing I did , was to take b Complex 100 mg tablets, and my omega 3 fish oil tablets. I took it everyday, and after about 2 weeks i began feeling better. After the two weeks, i began to exercise 1 hour a day, six days a week, I began eating my fruits and vegetables, and began drinking enough water. I quit all sodas, took out MSG out of my diet, and after a month, I was getting 8 hours sleep...Now from 2 hours a day to 8 hours a day is a drastic change. I even feel better than how I used to feel, before suffering from chronic anxiety. I thought I would never recover, but here I am feeling happy, no derealization, no sadness, and now very active, heck I am even now in shape, as opposed to being sedentary everyday. So take your omega 3, take fortiplex omega 3 or naturemade omega 3, the epa and dha are high in it.Take b complex, not the regular rda b complex, but b 50 or b 100, those are recommended for anxiety and depression.Eat at least 2 bananas a day, dont exceed 4, bananas are natural mood enhancers, and are one of the best fruits for b vitamins, and take your vitamin c, by eating at least 2 oranges daily. Its a life changer, but worth it, and it works, take it from someone who contemplated suicide many times over, but was a little scared to do it! Lol! Oh and remember to EXERCISE EVERYDAY, if you were sedentary, at least 3 times a week, and lost weight if you are overweight or obese.....

Beyond Blue helped me a lot. It helped sort out statistics and find out I wasn't alone. After reading through its pages I saw a Counsellor who explained to me why the symptoms occur (diarhoea, vomiting etc). I was prescribed.
I think that Doctors helped a lot more than websites because they understand the condition and don't just state "nothing bad is going to happen","get over it" or "there's nothing to be worried about"
