Those are very common symptoms of panic. That doesn't mean they're always panic, but they're common symptoms. For more information about the symptoms of a panic attack, read this: http://www.anxietycoach.com/panic-attack-symptoms.html
If you've never had your symptoms evaluated by a physician, just to clarify that they're panic symptoms, that would be a good first step to take. For more suggestions of how to take care of this problem, read this: http://www.anxietycoach.com/overcoming-anxiety.html

I've had a few panic attacks. I was in the class room, and suddenly I felt like my head was spinning. My eyes kept looking at the talking mouths, my heart was beating really hard & fast and I felt like somebody was choking me.
So I guess you did have a panic attack. But, keep strong! you'll meet plenty of women. It might be tough right now, don't be afraid to cry or express your emotions in other healthy ways. Even if you may feel like you're all alone, and that nobody cares. I just want you to know that I care! xx
