Iv known about lucid dreaming for a year. I have a dream journal but the problem is when I wake up I can barely remember my dreams. I tell my self every night that I will remember my dreams. I learning to the MILD technique, thing is im also on medication. Im on Wellbutrin, Lithium, Zyprexa for my depression and moods, could this be causing the problem.
