Why can't I think properly when it comes to this?!
Question: Why can't I think properly when it comes to this?
I have to create a diagram a draw lines that go to his room throughout the house for me to understand which window is his, a lot of the times I can't do it on my head so I'd have to go into MS Paint or something.
Is anyone else like this? I have been in my cousin's house many, many times and I fail to understand why I can't imagine things like this in my head.
I'm a 14 year old male, by the way.

It is not strange to have to use some geometric or surveyor's tools to figure an exact angle. It has to do with spatial relations, were you to visualize it. But, there is no shame in making a diagram as a means of problem solving. If you have a field GPS device, that would be fun or an app for that. I have a portable GPS for my car and find it indispensable. But as a female, I don't expect to be good at spatial relations. It takes a real effort to park my car in the little spot I own. My son can navigate it easily. I crashed my own car into a pillar from bad visualization. Probably, after you do this task by any means necessary, you will have learned the skills necessary to do it more easily in the future.
