You can do many things against depression. Simplified said you will need more new cells which
are responsible for optimism and creativity called glial cells and normal nerve cells in the brain.

you need to go to the doctor to get a accurate diagnosis to make sure its depression, which then they can prescribe medication which may help you feel better, but depression meds can be hard to work with, because not every pill will work right with different people, so it may cause a more negative affect, and if this happens you must tell your doctor ASAP so he can change the dose or switch medications, but if you do try medication, never depend on the pills, it takes both physical and mental effort to treat this.
You need to find a really good friend. Bring that friend over and play music as loud as you can. Play all the sad songs you could think of, sing it out loud. Then the next day leave it all behind and sing happy songs. Because if you wait long enough, the right moment will come along and everything will fall in place. Trust me :)
