Can someone in the medical field interpret these myelogram results for me?!

Question: Can someone in the medical field interpret these myelogram results for me?
Been hurting off and on for about two years now, but I noticed a tremendous leap in lower back pain roughly six weeks ago. My husband dragged me kicking and screaming in to see a neurosurgeon...these results are from the myelogram she ordered.
I was forwarded a copy of the radiologist' impression on his findings, but I have not gotten up the courage to go back to the surgeon yet.
At the risk of sounding like a complete moron, are these results bad? I hope I'm worried without cause.

Impression:
1. Lumbar myelogram demonstrating mild intervertebral disc space narrowing at L5-S1, as well as mild end plate spurring. The changes in conjunction with mild facet arthropathy contribute to moderate-to-severe bilateral neural foraminal compromise.
2. Asymmetric disc bulge versus slightly broad based left foraminal disc protrusion at L4-5 contributing to moderate encroachment upon the left neural formamen. Cephalad margin of the disc bulge/broad based disc herniation is inseparable from the inferior aspect of the foraminal aspect of the left L4 nerve root. Recommend clinical correlation regarding possibility of radiculopathy because of changes noted at L4-5 and L5-S1 specifically.
3. No greater than mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at L2-3 and L3-4 related to mild degenerative disc and post-traumatic changes.

I doubt that any prudent medical professional would interpret them without actually reading them and conducting a personal interview.

Then again, ex-Senator Doctor Frist from Tennessee might be part of the group. He is the one who diagnosed Terry Schiavo by looking at an old video of her.

Why not ask the doctor who performed the test?
