Question: I'm always tired!!! what do I do??? HELP!!!!!?
I fell very tired all the time and I don't know what to do. I try going to bed early but it's always the same.?

Answers:

You need to find out the cause of that tiredness. If you're in your early teens then it could be hormones or maybe you are going through a growing spurt. Could be stress or poor diet. The best thing to do is get some bloodwork done...test your iron and vitamin levels and test for diabetes....if nothing abnornal shows up then you can look at maybe depression or anxiety. It is hard to give you anymore advice when you give us such little information.



Take a 1000mg b12 vitamin every day and that will help boost your energy. Also when increasing your b12 intake one should also increase the folic acid intake to keep them balanced also depending on your age this helps prevent acne breakouts. 400mg is what I take of folic acid to keep it balance butthat may be a little high for and older person (30 and up). Also starting off your day right away with a cold bottle of water also helps kickstart your body internally



You might be anemic. That just means that you dont have enough iron in your blood and that causes people to feel tired and drained no matter how much rest you might be getting. It sometimes causes people to bruise very easily- have you been noticing that? You might think about getting a simple blood test at your doctors office so you will know for sure. In the mean time you can start taking iron supplements. good luck!

I have the same problem! As weird as it sounds, you could be oversleeping? I learned that sleeping longer than 8 hours made me drowsy the next day. You probably need to change your sleep hygeine, because while you may be getting enough sleep, the quality might not be great, (by that I mean noises, lights, what you eat, when you eat, ect) good luck! Let me know if you find the problem!
