Question: I really really have a bad relationship with my CPN we don't get on any advice?
some times he's due to come to my flat and doesn't show and i've had to ring to find out what is going on
but the worst thing he did was back in early January i got sectioned and was released he never venerableuch for two weeks!!!
what can i do am i aloud as an NHS patient to make a complaint or demand a new care worker?
how would i go about this ?

I appreciate that you may have tried to speak to him about this and not got anywhere or you may not feel confident enough to address the issue with him. However this might be a first step
You have a right to complain and to ask for a different CPN. The Health Authority or the Health Trust will have a complaints procedure. You should be advised to write to the authority and explain you points. If you do not know who to wrote to, ring up the local CMHT reception and ask who you should write to.
you can just ask for a different cpn through the service without the hastle of formal complaint that just adds to your problems. often they prefer to assign a different one after hosy
