There could be a variety of reasons.

You could be stressed or anxious or something. If you are then dealing with the problems should help your sleep. Make sure you make time in your day for activities you find relaxing, it's especially important that you begin to wind down near bedtime. Doing things like watching tv or playing video games stimulate the brain and make it harder to switch off so should be avoided an hour before you're going to bed.

You may not be getting enough physical exercise during the day, meaning your body isn't tired out enough. Doing more exercise, even walking more could help.

You may be going to bed too early so when 4am comes your body has already got the amount of sleep that it needs.

Cutting down on drinks with caffeine and foods with lots of sugar could help your sleep.

Your sleeping conditions may not be right. Your bedroom may be too hot and too cold for you, which will wake you up or your bedding may not be comfortable enough.



it's probably not stress im guessing that your brain is already used to you waking up early unless you have nightmare every night at a certain time.

how much sleep do you already have when you wake up at 4am? anyway, it maybe stress related or maybe your body's alarm clock is set at 4am.



if u sleeping more 8 hrs perday, then you have anxirty problem which one lead to lack of enercy
