help.. some kind of hallucination? I'm really scared.?!

Question: Help.. some kind of hallucination? I'm really scared.?
I'm so afraid. I hear voices just randomly but they just say my name, it's like actual whispers but it's too much and in too many different places to be a joke. It scares me so much they happened to me on again Friday during a test and it seemed like i felt my face go pale.

I feel so crazy!! I keep having this thing when in a normal conversation then my friends go off and say something totally depressing like they don't like me and then a couple seconds later it's like nothing happened. It happened with me to the one friend i opened up to about my issues and I specifically remember her saying "I'm done, I'm just done with you." I almost wanted to cry then she kept talking to me and I asked her why if she said she was done. But she had no idea what i was talking about and when i told her she looked really worried at me. That's when I realized it wasn't real and that it happened to a different friend before.

What would this be?? I hate not knowing what's real and the whispering kills me on the inside!! :'(

What do you want, a diagnosis? I used to get this, and was diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder. Go to a Psychiatrist, get started on an antipsychotic. It's the only thing you can do to make them go away, or at least in my case, get them to be as infrequent as possible.

They just sound like they're whispering your name? That's *Exactly* what I got. Then it turned into hearing doors closing that weren't, and the voices yelling my name. Then I started to get visual hallucinations, some as bad as hallucinating cars while driving or hallucinating people watch me sleep or come into my room. This still happens to me, and I'm on an antipsychotic. It is absolutely imperative that you get on a medication to control it before it starts interfering with your life more.

If it's only happened one or two times, then it's within normal bounds that you might not need to be on a medication. But, having read your entire question, I feel that this constitutes a medical problem, not just a rare occurrence.

TL;DR see a psychiatrist, could be any number of psychosis related illnesses like schizophrenia, depression with psychotic features, bipolar with psychotic features (I know you didn't mention any mood swings but still), etc.

Good luck. Really, I mean that.

Personal experiences.

Sounds like schizophrenia.

sczofrenia

Maybe you should get checked out at the doctor's or something. Maybe a CAT scan or something. :/ Best of luck to you....

See a doctor

It sounds like the beginning of paranoid schitzophrenia. I'd see a psychiatrist ASAP to get meds. There's no shame in getting help.
I also advise to make sure you don't get over medicated. I once saw a shrink for anxiety and depression who put me on FIVE anti-depressants and 3 anti anxiety meds.
After she left for a better job my new shrink was in shock at how over medicated I was. I only take 1 anti-anxiety now and 1 mild anti-depressant. I no longer sleep away my life like my 1st shrink had me doing.
Good luck.
