Question: I feel like I'm failing at life. help please?
So, I'm a freshman in college and for the past couple weeks I've felt like everything is going downhill. I've lost a lot of my motivation and I've been avoiding homework like crazy. When I sit down and try to read for school or study or anything, I can't sit still, I'm restless. I'm worrying about making enough money to pay for gas and rent and everyday things. Lately I feel like I could sleep forever. I went to bed around 2 in the morning last night and slept till 1 this afternoon and I feel like I could take a nap right now too...I'm worrying a lot about my weight because at the beginning of the week, I was my normal 130 pounds and now I'm 137 and I'm freaking out. I'm trying to lose weight and get down to 120 by summer but I'm freaking out cause right now I dont even know how to go at losing weight..and I just sat down to take notes for biology and I have an exam tomorrow and I have to write a paper still and I feel like I don't know where to start. And I work in an hour till 11 tonight and I'm gonna have to be up all night studying.ahhhh! help please! I feel like a complete failure.

First of all, you need organize your schedule. Make a to do list before you start and put their deadline by the side of it. then start working on things that are due soon and work on them first and knock them out one by one. Drink energy drinks so you don't sleep. Not coffee but may be juice or Gatorade.Gatorade is best. Start studying for you exams now. ! prepare well.
Review all important notes and make sure you are review all that that your teacher said is definitely going to be on the test

i know how you feel! being freshman in college!
i am a junior now! i am dying because it's load of stuff to do. you have no time to be like that. im sure >.< (i havnt sleep for 24 hrs right now! studying!)
well... just keep up, thinking what do you wanna do after graduate. you need a goal in guess?

Just relax, try to find I way to organize your work so that you don't have to do it all at once. Remember, too much sleep can be just as bad as too little sleep. Try to drink less coffee, it can really affect sleep patterns. Also, try not to go to bed really late, try for 9 or 10 every once in a while. I know you're in college, but you still need to take care of yourself. You should talk to a doctor about it too, just in case. Also talk to a doctor about the weight, see if the gain is healthy and see what healthy dieting options you could choose from (keyword healthy). And remember your parents are there for you too, if you need help with anything, you should just be able to ask.
