What started your eating disorder? you need to figure that out because that will be the way to stop it. as for the weird triggers, try to assosiate those with a healthy food instead of assosiating them with not eating. healthy foods will make your body healthy while not gaining much weight if any. eating nothing will harm you a lot and make you very weak.. also try gettting help for your eating disorder.
compulsive eating disorder. You need to eat 3 meals a day. Then you know that you are full. When you get a craving to eat think of something that has made you sick in the past. And break yourself from eating so much. Try drinking water instead of pop or beer.
