Weight loss on zoloft?!
Question: Weight loss on zoloft?
Answers:
i think some people have worse side effects than others so it depends on the person
If you're very concerned about it, definitely check with your Doctor. You know how your body should feel more than anyone else.
A long time ago, I tolk Zoloft to help me quit smoking and I ended up gaining a little bit of weight. (That may though have been a side effect of qutting the cigs)
I took the drug back in my late teens and I think my Doctor gave me a very strong dosage --- because it actually caused me to hallucinate --- which as a pot smoker I quite enjoyed :) But for a normal person like youself, if that happens you should definitely touch base with your Doc.
I wouldn't even entertain that idea. ALL medicines have side effects.
Best way to lose weight is walking fast pace, as fast as you're comfortable with for about 30-40 minutes 3-4 times a week.
Drink lots of water.
Don't eat fatty foods in the same meal as sweet foods or drinks.
It worked for me. Lost 40 lbs
