the more tired i am... the more likely it is that i was talk as i drift off to sleep. my gf says i talk absolute rubbish. i once told her to wear a plastic bag as a bra... i didn't believe her... she got a mini tape recorder and yea...i believe her now. i also jerk a lot. sometimes i feel like i'm falling... and i jump. i've always done these things... i think i did read somewhere it's linked to anxiety. so is zapping... like having an electric current... i touch something and i zap them.
u could tell the doctor... but he'll probably just describe a low dose of sleeping tabs. i'm on seroquel to sleep... otherwise i can't sleep... and i still talk and jerk. no big deal... gives my gf something to laugh about.
It's NOT a psychological matter.
It's a physical / health matter. The body (normally) disables moving around while you sleep so that you don't "act out" dreams or "move around" or "walk around" while you sleep. It's to prevent injury. You can talk to your doctor. Some people (like you) apparently don't have this "turn off switch". It's common enough.
(I talk in my sleep, gnash my teeth... )
everyone twitches and a lot of people talk in their sleep. You sister in law is probably picking on you. if it bothers you that much go see someone
