i love looking up serial killers too... u mean jeffrey dahmer? yea... an in the closet gay guy... lived with his grandma...
i love looking into their minds... have u seen the movie mum and dad? that is some crazy stuff. u can see why people grow up soooo screwed.
i look up murders and suicide allll the time. but i do have mental health issues... i have borderline personality disorder... severe ocd and anxiety.
i always say... it's lucky i'm sooo suicidal... cause otherwise i'd be homicidal...
It is probably a lot more common than you think because these guys behavior is so extreme as to be interesting even if it is awful. We need people to study this stuff - they are called "criminal profilers" and they help to solve crimes so there is an application of the study of these criminals.
Awesome..I love all the horror movies and the stories are just a sick, terrible part of life.
Cannibals? YUP..Also make good true stories and fake movies.I never killed anyone
and pray i never have to.There is nothing wrong,The only time you cross the line is when you worship them, they are pitiful. bye
No i dont think youre crazy. Its something youre interested in, maybe youll want to be a crime scene investigater or something like that
it's normal to be fascinated by the out-of-the-ordinary. lots of planes take off and land safely, but you only hear about the ones that crash
I'm obsessed with serial killers. I always have been. So I think it's normal.
No you're not ill.
I' too, am fascinated by Dahmer and other serial killers like him. I'm fascinated by their root beginnings and how their families actually "helped them" to evolve into what they became.
I read some interesting articles on Dahmer years ago and this is what I learned. His father allowed him to bring home road kill and Dad kept a vat of acid in the basement for him to render the skeletons of these animals. ANd that's an odd thing for a father to encourage a son to do.
When Dahmer was a teenager his father took off with another woman and Dahmer's mother took the younger son (Dahmers sibling) and left with him, virtually abandoning Dahmer as a young adolescent in the family home. Soon, there was no food and the utilities were turned off, yet Dahmer continued to live alone and abandoned totally by both his parents! Who would do that to their own kid?
Dahmer started killing neighborhood dogs and leaving their heads on posts near his home. Dahmer continued to go to school off and on as he sunk into a serious emotional illness.
He was able to get a job and keep it. He was able to support himself and function in society yet he kept his dirty little secrets and his illness hidden as he functioned as an adult on his own.
Dahmer is a pretty serious Sociopathic Personality Disorder but he was not psychotic or delusional...he was fully functional in society.
And I find that what his family did to him was appalling. They actually made this hybrid monster from scratch. We have them to thank for what he was. And this is how these things happen.
No, I don't think you're weird. I am fascinated at how personality disorders grow and come into being, too. I think anyone with a clue about what forms emotional illness is fascinated by this, too.
Doesn't it make you want to punish some of these parents?
