honey if you are pill popping to the max you don't really know where this crying is coming from - what you are going through is called life, hey hope you feel better soon
You need some therapy or counselling to help you to cope with these times. They could have been triggered by something but you need to understand why you feel that way and maybe you can help yourself feel better when you get down.
Crying is good. Sometimes it feels like it will never end, but I often tell myself that the tears are letting go of bad things. For a while, I was convinced it was whatever chemicals in my brain making me so sad were being excreted through the tears! But who knows, it worked for me, even if it's not true.
Bear in mind that you will feel better, and medication may not help you. Antidepressants can only suppress some thoughts and make depression more bearable. I am on antidepressants and theyhave helped me greatly, but then I lost my mother 2 weeks ago and I'm feeling awful and crying lots, so I know they are just making things more normal for me. If I was off them, I can imagine myself being in a worse state of mind right now.
Keep in there, and before you can see a doctor, just do things you enjoy, even if you don't enjoy them. Watch a funny comedy, see some friends, or chat to people online. Do whatever makes it more bearable, and remember that when you feel like nobody understands, someone out there has felt and thought the exact same as you.
