Question: Do I need special help !?!?!?!? !?
Ok well I have anxiety which I am curently aving help 4,but the thing is today I got real stressed , and the only way I found to carm me was to scream sooo loud and to just throw like spray cans at walls !. Soo do you think there may be another issue there like anger management !? Thnks x and suggestions wil helpfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

I guess you need to find healthier ways to deal with stress than throwing stuff around!
You also might want to ask yourself what you were thinking about before you threw the spray cans!. If you can identify the thoughts that make you throw stuff, you can do things to stop you thinking those thoughts, and then you won't feel like throwing stuff!.

but I'm thinking that you just need someone to vent to!.
Try talking to people (or even writing down your thoughts)
before your emotions get so heated to where you feel the

Some people really wish they could do that!. Maybe you should set up a business for people to come and let off some steam!. You would probably have to provide a lot of breakable ojects though!.

ask the doctor!. if u r studying keep it calm and dnt leave evrything for the last day!. it causes even more stress which causes u to get frustratedWww@Answer-Health@Com
