Well I think this is probably something that should be discussed in person!. If it can only be told over the phone, Amanda should just call her and tell her how she has been feeling lately!. Then Amanda should tell Mrs!. S that she has been handling her feelings by cutting herself!. I'm sure as an adult friend, Mrs!. S will be able to provide Amanda with proper advice, but Amanda should definately seek counseling!. She should tell her parents, as scary as it is or the school counselor so they can refer her to someone who can help her express herself in a more effective and less destructive manner!.
Good luck to you and Amanda!. It's great that Amanda has a friend that she can trust and confide in (you)!.

first of all she must realize that once she confronts an adult they are going to be asking her a lot of personal questions so have her prepared for that and second she might have to go to the doctors and might even be put on anti-depressants!.
another thing she should not tell the adult over the phone its not the proper way!. she should do it in person!.
she should first get in a comfy situation with adult so she doesn't get to emotional!.
then she should tell the Mrs!.S what has been bothering and it has been causing her self-harm!.
then go through steps on how she can over come this!.
if she does do it on the phone it will be the same but not as personal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first off im sorry that ur friend does this

and

Amanda should see a counselor or therapist and she should tell an adult she trusts because this is is a serious issue and we want to help her

i think that's awesome that u want to help ur friend stop this

it has to be someone she trusts and she should confront her self
by saying

"please can you help me, I need your help, I trust you!. I cut myself and I want some help to stop the issue!. Please help me"

something like that

hope that helps

let her know that ppl who ove and care for her like urslef
try to get her to see that if it wer u howd she might feel,
ell her its not pretty, get a teacher to see it or an adlut to observe it in a sneaky way
like roll up her sleeve nd be like its hot in her lol idk but get it known to ppl who can help
that would be a good way to do it if u think shed be upset with you

otherwise just say it straight out to a parent that ur very worried
if she didnt want help, u wouldnt know, if she didnt want advise, u wouldnt know,

so she needs u now =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all I would call tell her to call Mrs!. S and ask her to meet her somewhere so they could talk face to face!. Then tell her what problems she is going through, and then break it to her what it is causing her to do to herself!. Then tell her to show Mrs!. S the cuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your friend could try and call a hotline(1-800-dontcut) and practice telling someone that she cuts!. When she decides to tell her, it may be best to just come out and do it!. If she tries to bring it up slowly, she may chicken out, and its important that she gets help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

straight out!. dont try to avoid it, because if you do, then the other person might begin to think that youre lying because of how you are not getting to the subject!. best thing to do is be straight up with her, and im really proud of you for getting help !Www@Answer-Health@Com

IF she wants help!.!.!. and that is the way she is going to get help then let her that is so great that she wants help!.!.!. i know some peopl who cut them selfs and it is very sad to see and is even sader when they dont want help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

she needs to just come out and say it and get the help that is needed, there is not a "special, or correct or wrong" way of telling someone you need help you just do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call, using *67 if you want to stay anonymous, and tell her the deal!. You're friend will get psychiatric help, and she won't be angry with you because she'll never need to know!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get her to seek mental help, fast! She should tell someone she trusts, other than that i dont really understand what ur asking!.

She shouldnt tell her over the phone, but in person!. it helps moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

Say that you have concerns for someone welfare, then explain the situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exactly how you just said it!.!.!.but i would recommend "she'd" tell her in person rather than over the phoneWww@Answer-Health@Com
