Can i request a copy of my file from mental health?!
Question: Can i request a copy of my file from mental health!?
I was wondering if I am allowed to have a copy of my file including all of my therapists notes!. And is there a form to fill out!? It's a NY State county mental health building!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about the county health building, but I was able to get my progress notes from my psychiatrist!. When I filled out the request form there was a little note that said you cannot get therapist notes!. I don't know this was in Minnestoa so I'm not sure about your state!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
