Question: If you become frustrated with the world regularly, how do you get your anger out!?
I'm trying to find ways to pursue what I'm interested in (equal rights and helping people affected by sexual assault), but I'm having trouble finding a way to express my anger and release it without you know, blowing up at someone lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

i am bipolar so i go throgh these feelings all of the time, i either read or get on the internet and if i am really mad i will take one of my calming meds and lay down!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
Get a big heavy duty punching bag and have a work out!. It's healthy emotionally and physically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
go travelling: drive around in the city, go to the malls, visit book stores!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
put a pillow on your face then scream!. i do that sometimes haha!. it's better than releasing your anger to other peopleWww@Answer-Health@Com
